Warli Painting

Warli painting is a traditional tribal art form of Maharashtra, created by the Warli tribe. It uses simple geometric shapes like circles, triangles, and squares to depict daily life, nature, animals, and festivals. Traditionally painted in white on mud walls using rice paste, Warli art beautifully reflects the harmony between humans and nature.

 Patterns are repeated designs using shapes or colors, while techniques are methods like shading, blending, or printing used to create different effects in art. Both make artworks more attractive and expressive.

 One stroke painting

 One stroke painting is a technique where an artist loads two colors on one brush and creates shaded, blended designs in a single stroke. It’s often used for painting flowers, leaves, and decorative patterns, allowing quick, smooth, and colorful artwork.

 Dot Mandala

 Dot mandala is an art form made by creating patterns with colorful dots arranged in circular designs. Artists use tools or sticks to place each dot carefully, forming symmetrical, decorative patterns that symbolize balance, peace, and focus.

 Brush lettering

 Brush lettering is a style of writing where letters are created using a brush pen or paintbrush. By changing pressure and stroke, artists make thick and thin lines, giving the text a smooth, artistic, and flowing look.
